ProWorks Procurement Services was founded in 2016 by Jennifer Smith. With over 10 years’ experience in commodities purchasing, management and sourcing, Jennifer had already established relationships with strategic vendors and customers.

While networking with large manufacturers and distributors, Jennifer discovered that not only do facilities with supplier diversity programs in place need a source like ProWorks but larger distributors and manufacturers do as well. Therefore, the relationships with customers and suppliers have been the greatest strength of ProWorks.

After several customers expressed the need for a HUBZone commodities supplier, Jennifer started the strenuous process.

Customers' expanding needs for Quality Suppliers prompted ProWorks to pursue and become ISO 9001:2015 Certified in 2020.

Always striving to transform ProWorks to meet customers’ needs and requirements shows the determination of Jennifer to truly assist her customers in any way possible.
